Executive Search
Our Executive Search practice focuses on the provision of Senior hospitality professionals; Finance, Hotel management, Human resource and F&B professionals to Hotels and Resorts throughout Thailand. Each search commences with a detailed briefing from the client allowing our recruiters to understand the type of individual being sought, the role, the organizational context and so forth, prior to moving to the research phase.
Permanent Placement
This is the prevailing practice of engagement to have the incumbent working under the client’s payroll. Our company will act as an effective source for candidates, screening and sieving out the most suitable candidates based on our client’s needs, criteria and company culture.
Temporary / Contract Placement / Part-time
For assignments or project works that require a specific period of commitment or when headcounts are of a business concern, we can provide hotel staff on a contract basis. Based on the clients’ project demands or assignment nature, the additional staff can be placed under our company’s payroll with the administration of compensation and benefits managed via our company.
Scale of Charges
| 1) Fee equal to 1 month net salary will be charged and applied to: CEO, Managing Director, All Executive Levels, RM, EAM, Hotel/General Manager, Department Heads, Manager, Senior positions etc. |

| 2) Fee equal to 70% of 1 month net salary will be charged and applied to: All Deputy Department Heads, Assistants, Supervisors, Junior Staff etc. |
| Replacement guarantee Our Guarantee is simply this: If any candidate placed by AZURE, through one of our standard recruitment placements, is found to be unsuitable or they leave within three months of their starting date, we will undertake the replacement recruitment process at no additional cost to the client. |
